Vicky draws on a wide range of coaching tools and frameworks, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, and Action Learning. Her approach is both evidence-based and deeply human.

Vicky is an EMCC Senior Coach Practitioner with over 500 coaching hours, having qualified at ILM’s highest level (L7) in Coaching and Mentoring. She is also a certified Team and Group Coach, and a proud member of the International Coaching Federation.
